How do I schedule a consultation session?

What can I expect during the consultation session?
During the consultation session, we'll talk through your goals, current fitness level, and any challenges you're facing. I'll answer your questions, perform movement assessments if virtual, and recommend the best path moving forward, whether that's training, program design, or nutrition guidance.
Do I need any equipment or a gym?
Nope! Whether we're training at your home or apartment gym or meeting with me in person, I'll build your session around what you have access to, even if it's just you and a mat! If you do have resistance bands, dumbbells, or other equipment, we'll definitely put them to good use!

How does virtual training work?
We'll meet via Zoom or FaceTime for your scheduled session. I'll coach you through the full workout in real time, demonstrating movements, correcting your form, and keeping you motivated just like I would in person. All you need is some space to move and a solid Wi-Fi connection. I'll tailor everything to your equipment (or lack of it) and your goals.
What is your rescheduling or cancellation policy?
I require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the session will be forfeited and is non-refundable. This policy helps protect both your time and mine. I appreciate your understanding and commitment!
Do I have to do a consultation before starting?
Yes. Consultations are required for all services, including in-person training, virtual sessions, program design, and nutrition guidance. This helps me understand your goals, assess your current fitness level, and ensure we create the safest, most effective plan for you. It's the foundation for everything we'll build together.
