4 months of one on one coaching. I truly believe everyone has the ability to live a life of self-awareness, healing and growing. I am here to guide you through releasing the limiting beliefs and self doubt so that you can step fully into your power. You get to be confident, balanced and powerful.

Sessions include coaching, reiki healing, guided meditation, journal prompts, affirmations and other modalities.
