Do pets need to be on a leash or in a carrier?
Yes — for everyone’s safety, all pets must arrive and leave the session on a leash or in a secure carrier.

Who is responsible for my pet during the session?
Owners are responsible for their pets at all times. While I do my best to create a calm and safe environment, I cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the session.

What if my pet gets nervous or overwhelmed?
Please make sure your pet is comfortable around new environments, people, and props before booking. If your pet becomes overly stressed or aggressive, I may suggest ending the session early to keep everyone safe and comfortable.

Can I reschedule if my pet isn’t feeling well?
Session fees are non-refundable, and rescheduling may not always be possible. However, if you’re unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, your ticket won’t go to waste — I’ll gladly gift your session to a family who otherwise couldn’t afford one. It’s my way of spreading a little extra holiday joy. ❤️

Can I include more people in my session?
Of course! Your session includes up to two people and one pet. Each additional person is $25 extra. Please let me know ahead of time if you plan to bring additional family members — there’s a message option during booking where you can note how many people will be attending. This helps me prepare your setup and plan accordingly. I’ll accept the additional payment for extra guests at the door on the day of your session.
