8 WK BOXING BOOT CAMP

In this 8 Week Program you will get in fighting shape as you master Boxing skills & fundamentals.

Train like a Fighter - Get Stronger and Leaner as you learn the sweet science of Boxing. In this 8 week program you will get 2 - 30 min minute lessons & 2 - 30 min Conditioning workouts & 1 live group training session per week.

But more importantly you will be learning in only 2 Months what took me over 2 decades of training, competing, and coaching to know. You will get the knowledge to help you avoid the unnecessary injuries and hits to the head I endured from learning everything the hard way.

No Gym Necessary - Minimal Equipment Required - Easy Round by Round instruction from a experienced Pro Fight Coach.

PHASE 1) We focus on foundation building with good training technique and habits to ensure proper form plus longevity. Injury will be your number 1 opponent to overcome.

PHASE 2) Time to turn up the intensity as we maintain proper form to build muscle strength and endurance. Conditioning is key the to maintaining good technique.

PHASE 3) Now that you have a solid fighting foundation we will train for improving speed, agility & quick reflexes. Sharpening the tools you have acquired.

PHASE 4) Final Phase is performance evaluation. Now we will see how far you have come. Each Lesson will be a test to ensure you can properly move, defend, and counter punch your way to becoming a lean mean fighting machine.
