SELF Group Spiritual Coaching Program

The program is scheduled to run for 12 weeks, spanning three months. We will meet once per week, for approximately 45 minutes (or up to one hour) each session. The class schedule may be adjusted based on the collective availability of participants or facilitator.

  • Strengthening the physical body through exercise, proper nutrition, and self-care practices.

E - Energizing

  • Energizing the energetic body through practices such as meditation, breathwork, and energy healing techniques.

L - Liberating

  • Liberating the mental/emotional body by letting go of negative thought patterns, past traumas, and emotional baggage.

F - Fulfilling

  • Fulfilling the spiritual body by seeking higher purpose, connection, and alignment with spiritual values and teachings.

Gratitude: This class is designed to cultivate an attitude of gratitude and appreciation for the present moment. Participants will explore various techniques for cultivating gratitude, including mindfulness exercises, journal prompts, and group discussions. Through this practice, participants will develop a deeper sense of joy, contentment, and connection with themselves and others.

Guided Meditation: This class offers a guided meditation practice that helps participants to cultivate awareness, focus, and relaxation. Participants will learn different meditation techniques, including mindfulness, visualization, and body scan. The class will explore the benefits of meditation for mental and physical health and offer strategies for incorporating meditation into daily life. The class is suitable for beginners and experienced mediators.

Q&A: This class is an opportunity for participants to ask questions and receive guidance on various topics related to personal growth and spirituality. Participants can ask questions about meditation, mindfulness, prayer, gratitude, and other related topics. The class will provide a supportive and safe space for participants to share their concerns and learn from one another. The facilitator will provide guidance and insights based on their own experiences and knowledge.
