Classroom Guidelines

  1. Dress Appropriately: Please wear breathable and comfortable clothing for your utmost comfort.

  2. Meditation Session Precautions: Ensure you're both legally and medically cleared to participate in the meditation segment.

  3. Punctuality: Be mindful and respectful of everyone's time. Arrive promptly for the start of the class. There's a 5-minute grace period, but remember, this is a group session and timely arrival is crucial.

  4. Safety First: Only engage in physical and nutritional activities that you're medically advised to partake in. Listen to your body and consult with your healthcare professional. Prioritize your safety and that of others by refraining from participating in class activities while driving or during any potentially hazardous actions. Always choose a stationary and quiet location for active class participation. Please note: Should you choose to engage in class activities while driving or performing any other potentially hazardous actions, CLAIR COACHING and the program facilitator cannot be held legally responsible or liable in any capacity.

  5. Minimize Distractions: Mute your phone or any other device if there's significant background noise when you're not speaking. Ensure your video is on to demonstrate engagement and active participation in the classroom activity.

  6. Open Communication: Should you need clarity on any class topic, don't hesitate to ask. We encourage questions and course related discussions.

  7. Maintain a Positive Atmosphere: Please be present and set aside any negative emotions or animosity. Our focus is on learning, growing, and mutual respect.

SELF Group Spiritual Coaching Program

The program is scheduled to run for 12 weeks, spanning three months. We will meet once per week, for approximately 45 minutes (or up to one hour) each session. The class schedule may be adjusted based on the collective availability of participants or facilitator.

S - Strengthening

  • Strengthening the physical body through exercise, proper nutrition, and self-care practices.

E - Energizing

  • Energizing the energetic body through practices such as meditation, breathwork, and energy healing techniques.

L - Liberating

  • Liberating the mental/emotional body by letting go of negative thought patterns, past traumas, and emotional baggage.

F - Fulfilling

  • Fulfilling the spiritual body by seeking higher purpose, connection, and alignment with spiritual values and teachings.

Gratitude: This class is designed to cultivate an attitude of gratitude and appreciation for the present moment. Participants will explore various techniques for cultivating gratitude, including mindfulness exercises, journal prompts, and group discussions. Through this practice, participants will develop a deeper sense of joy, contentment, and connection with themselves and others.

Guided Meditation: This class offers a guided meditation practice that helps participants to cultivate awareness, focus, and relaxation. Participants will learn different meditation techniques, including mindfulness, visualization, and body scan. The class will explore the benefits of meditation for mental and physical health and offer strategies for incorporating meditation into daily life. The class is suitable for beginners and experienced mediators.

Q&A: This class is an opportunity for participants to ask questions and receive guidance on various topics related to personal growth and spirituality. Participants can ask questions about meditation, mindfulness, prayer, gratitude, and other related topics. The class will provide a supportive and safe space for participants to share their concerns and learn from one another. The facilitator will provide guidance and insights based on their own experiences and knowledge.

  • Introduction to energy healing techniques

  • Group discussion on experiences and benefits

  • Assignment: Daily 10-minute meditation practice and journal reflections

Session 4: Liberating the Mental/Emotional Body

  • Identifying and challenging negative thought patterns

  • Techniques for letting go of past traumas and emotional baggage.
