Hypnotherapy session

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique of calming the mind and body to allow positive suggestions to be planted into the subconscious. Doing so allows blocks from past trauma to be overcome in time. Hypnotherapy is a great addition to counselling and coaching and is especially effective when fears, phobias and complusions are becoming extremely detrimental to your wellbeing. Hypnotherapy can rewire the way your brain works to aid in the following areas in life:

  • Childhood trauma

  • Phobias

  • Fears

  • Attaining goals

Hypnotherapy sessions will be conducted over zoom and will be recorded so that an MP4 sound file can be sent to you so you can repeat the process in the comfort of your home. Session last approximately 1 hour, 30 mins, with the first 30 minutes discussing the process, the desired effect, and ascertaining the beliefs and feelings that are to be the focus of the session. Then you will be asked to find a comfortable place to lie back where you will not be disturbed for up to 45 minutes. I will then guide you through an intuitively guided hypnotherapeutic healing inner-world journey to clear past unwanted patterns and plant new empowering beliefs. This process is best done with headphones.

After the session is over we will discuss how the experience went for you and talk through any significant insights or experiences.

For hypnotherapy sessions to have the best effect, repeated sessions are advised, so listen to the recording regularly several times a week if possible. This cultivates exponential belief rewiring. Ideally, the hypnotherapy sessions will need to be tweaked and adjusted as we heal our inner-world and encounter deeper underyling issues therefore, this is best done supported with coaching.
