I’m an 80/20 Endurance Certified Coach, which means your plan follows the science-backed method that has helped thousands of athletes reach their goals with less burnout and better results.

What 80/20 Means for You:

  • 80% of your training is low intensity

  • 20% is moderate to high intensity, purposefully placed for growth

  • Less fatigue, more consistency, and better long-term performance

  • Ideal for beginner athletes building a base without overtraining
