Your 7-week training plan starts Monday, August 11 and leads you right up to race day on Saturday, September 27.

Training plans and group coaching sessions (including any bundles) are final sale and non-refundable — mahalo for understanding!

Event registration (like Spa Girl Race) is not included — you’ll register for that separately.
