Our Ohana Team Training Sessions is where you get to practice your brick aka bike to run skills!

  1. Purchase your Coaching Sessions

  2. Choose any 3 dates that fit your schedule- You can mix and match!

  3. We will do your longest workout that week... together! So save that longer brick (bike + run) session with us!

  4. What to Bring: bike, helmet, running shoes, socks, bike water bottle, 30-60g carbs/hr for this 60min session

  5. Arrive: 15mins before the schedule time, so 9:30am is wheel down, so arrive at 9:15am to get your gear set up

  6. We will practice transitions before we head out on a closed bike course

  7. RSVP and location is inside our team map!
