We will do your longest workout that week... together! So save that longer brick (bike + run) session with us!

What to Bring: bike, helmet, running shoes, socks, bike water bottle, 30-60g carbs/hr for this 60min session

Arrive: 15mins before the schedule time, so 9:30am is wheel down, so arrive at 9:15am to get your gear set up

We will practice transitions before we head out on a closed bike course
