For the first 6 weeks, each training day is different. Then after the first 6 weeks are completed, start again from the beginning of the programs while repeating the weeks and tracking your progress along the weeks.
Who is this for :
This is basically for everyone but this program does require being committed & consistent to see results. This is for every level and therefore every movement is hyperlinked with a video of how to perform each exercise so you’ll be successful in every movement that is performed.
What will you need :
A full gym is needed as a variety of equipment is used, though nothing out of the ordinary.
