Ground into Self : 8-week Embodiment Journey

Ground Into Self is a 8-week guided journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, clear emotional and energetic weight, and rebuild trust in yourself.

This experience is designed for people moving through transition, release, or rebuilding. It offers sustained energetic support, repeated surrender, and guided awareness to help you not just feel aligned, but live from that alignment.

Through a blend of Reiki, Guided Energy Awareness sessions, and Surrender Ceremonies, you’ll be held in a consistent rhythm of clearing, grounding, and integration. This container supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and the strengthening of self-trust, so you can move forward feeling rooted, clear, and embodied.

This is not about forcing transformation. It’s about creating the conditions where alignment happens naturally.

What’s Included

• 2 90-min Reiki sessions: first session to start the journey, and a second session in week five to support integration and guide the final surrender ceremony. Reiki sessions are private. (Learn more about Reiki here)

• 6 Guided Energy Awareness sessions: to deepen embodiment, clarity, and intuition. Guided Energy Awareness sessions are group settings. (Learn more about energy awareness sessions here)

• 4 Surrender Ceremonies: to consciously release what is no longer yours to carry through the different elements (fire, water, air, earth). Surrender Ceremonies are group settings. (Learn more about surrender ceremonies here)

• Meditations, breathwork, an overview of your human design, and journaling prompts

Format

• Meet & greet call before we start, and integration call after the final session.

• 8-week container that meets virtually twice a week for Surrender Ceremonies and Guided Energy Awareness sessions.

• Reiki sessions will be private 1:1 and will happen in the second and sixth weeks of the journey.

• Offered in a small group setting

• Investment: $1,198, can be paid all at once or 4 installments of $299.50. (If you feel called to join but these options don't work, reach out and I'm happy to work with you.)
