Long Distance 60-minute Reiki

Join me for a 60-minute Reiki session, where we begin with grounded breathing, supported by a chakra sound bowl, to help you settle more into the present moment. From there, I will open your energy centers to receive and release what is ready to move in your energetic field and body. You may experience sensations, visuals, temperature change, and a variety of emotions as you release. At the end, your centers will be closed, and we will discuss what came through and close the session with a supporting oracle card from Spirit.

This is for you if you are seeking alignment, feeling out of touch with yourself, or stuck in your head.
