Reiki works to release stagnant or stored energy; it uses unique techniques to support your alignment process. Reiki is universal love, where the practitioner connects to the earth from the solar plexus down through the root, and the heart chakra up through the crown, connecting to source (God, Universe, Spirit, etc.). The heart chakra is where the magic happens, as it is the bridge between source and earth energy. The heart space is connected to our chest, arms, and hands, creating a divine channel from the practitioner to the client receiving. The practitioner can connect to the flow of energy within the body and help support physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I don't believe that I can heal you; only you can do that. But through Reiki, I can help reveal and provide tools for your healing journey.
