Join Travis & Dani for a 75-minute immersive sound experience designed to help you enter a theta state, reset, and return to a grounded sense of self.

You will settle comfortably onto a linen-dressed mattress, surrounded by thoughtful details: a silk eye mask, plush pillow, bolster, and a softly weighted blanket. All curated to ease you into a deeper relaxation.

Dress in comfortable clothing, bring socks in case your feet get cold, remove all jewelry and necklaces, and bring water. Please refrain from consuming caffeine for at least an hour before we begin.
