I can happily say my sessions with Washington has not only brought me to achieving my goal, but also being a far better version of myself and I am grateful that every session has always been around me. Before the session I have always been inconsistent, unsure and operating outside of my own wants/needs doing for others. After the sessions, not only am I able to understand exactly what I want/need, but feel completely alive and more positive about myself, who I am, my capabilities and experiencing what its truly like to take my power back. There are times when life leads you up a potential dead end and realising that old age is closing in is one of those. In my case this realisation lead me into a spiral of bad tempers and outbursts, usually aimed at my wife, and that in itself lead to a spiral of despair. Talking to Washington lead me to realise I had found a friend and confident that could understand my problems and normalise my thoughts by straightforward discussion The conversations lead me to a re focus and realisation that situations were possible to resolve He is truly a great guy and calming but most importantly reassuring, leaving you with a positive view for the future..

Before I started with Washington I was in an anxiety rut. My life was controlled by my anxious thoughts, and it made it hard to go to university and socialise with other people. I can’t even remember a time when going out in public didn’t come with the constant thought that people were laughing at me or thinking that something bad was going to happen. My low point which led me to seek coaching was I physically could not do a speaking assessment at university because my body froze up. All I wanted was to have autonomy back over my own life. After working with Washington, I am in a much clearer headspace, and I have the tools to manage my anxieties. Something clicked and allowed me to take control of my body rather than letting my anxieties do all the work. I can go in public without a second thought about what the barista may be thinking about me. I have become a lot more at peace within myself, and I was able to do another speaking assessment with confidence and speak clearly. I am also able to socialise at university so much easier and have been making connections with people, whom before I would have been petrified to talk to. Washington offers such a peaceful and welcoming environment that allows you to grow. He allows you to explore your thoughts and ideas with his support. I would highly recommend Washington to anyone who is feeling even slightly lost or out of control with their life.
