Turn Up Dance Fitness™️ is a workout like no other. It is dance fitness combined with a HIIT format where we Work, Shake, Flex, & Slay through the best hip hop, pop, and other popular beats.

Each class is a 1 hour, full body dance fitness class. Most days no equipment needed other than a yoga mat for floor work.
