Hypnosis Session (Online)
Hypnosis sessions are typically 1 hour in length. Please be prepared to fill out forms prior to your session time. Our first session together will largely consist of getting clear on goals and intake paperwork. Please allot 90 minutes for our first session.
Note that hypnosis is a complimentary therapy, not a replacement for ongoing medical or mental health care.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hour advanced notice must be given if unable to make your session. Due to preparation time, there will be no refunds given if outside of the 24 hour cancellation policy.
About hypnosis:

In reality, you are always in control during hypnosis, and you cannot be made to do anything you don't want to do. Hypnosis is a collaborative process, and you must be willing to participate for it to be effective.
Another myth is that only certain people can be hypnotized. In truth, most people can be hypnotized to some degree. The level of hypnotizability varies from person to person, but with a skilled therapist, almost anyone can benefit from hypnotherapy.
Overall, hypnotherapy is a safe and effective way to address a variety of issues, from overcoming phobias, stress reduction, to improving sleep, pain management, and boosting confidence.
