The sessions
We’ll be working out together twice a week, with one energizing evening session and one refreshing morning session. Each session lasts about 30 minutes and is packed with variety to keep things exciting and effective. Every workout will focus on a different part of the body, combining HIIT, circuit, and weight training exercises to challenge you, keep you moving, and make sure you never get bored. Get ready to sweat, have fun, and feel stronger after every session!
