THE 4 Class Bundle - FULL Body HIIT

What is THE Workout Bundle?

THE Bundle is a set of 4 full body, HIIT, classes ranging from 40-45 minutes. Each class includes a warm-up & cool down, strength training, cardio, and abs. So, you get EVERYTHING you need.

These classes also progress in difficulty as you go. The combos in THE Workout #1 are less complex (but, still fun & effective) and each workout gets a bit more advanced. But, don't worry, there are always modifications given throughout the series to meet you at whatever level you're at.

This series is also one where I instruct as we go. So, I'm right there with you, in real time, teaching the moves, giving you tips and tricks to perfect them, and encouraging you along the way. And...definitely there sweating with you. Together, we got this!

What is HIIT Training?

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a workout strategy that alternates short bursts of intense exercise with brief recovery periods. This method aims to elevate heart rate rapidly, maximizing calorie burn and improving cardiovascular fitness in a shorter duration compared to traditional steady-state cardio.

Benefits include increased metabolism, improved cardiovascular health, and time efficiency.

What is the format?

Each of THE Workout classes have: 4 Blocks

Each block has:

2 strength combination moves - 45 seconds each, 2 sets (10-15s breaks)

2 cardio moves - 30 seconds each, 2 sets (no breaks)

After those 4 blocks, we finish this class with 2 minutes of abs on the floor: 6 ab exercises, 20 seconds each, 1 set (no breaks)

What do I need?

We use bodyweight & light dumbbells for resistance, so you'll need a set of light dumbbells - 2-8 lbs, a mat, and some water. That's all!

What days do I do which workout?

There are a several different ways to effectively incorporate these workouts into your schedule. Here's a few examples:

  1. You can do THE Workout #1 for the first week - 2 or 3 times/week & really perfect the moves before you move on to THE Workout #2 the following week & #3 & #4 each successive week.

  2. Or, you can alternate between the first 2 for the first week - for example: Monday & Wednesday, THE Workout #1 // Tuesday & Thursday, THE Workout #2.

  3. Or, even, go all out with: Monday, THE Workout #1 / Tuesday, THE Workout #2 / Wednesday, THE Workout #3 / Thursday, THE Workout #4.

*For best results, I recommend at least 2 classes a week, but which and when are up to you.

For all THE Workouts, always listen to your body first & take breaks as needed. Your endurance will improve quickly and soon you'll be able to move right through! But, the number one most important element in any fitness routine is consistency! It doesn't ever have to be perfect, but always come back & you WILL get the results you seek.
