What is the Blender HIIT Series?

This series is a blend of my most popular formats — like Tabata, Strength Combos, Eightsies, Floor Galore, and more — into 4 creative and effective full-body workouts.

You’ll build strength, burn calories, and challenge your coordination — all while having fun and staying motivated. Each class is different, but all include:

✅ Progression over 4 classes — each one gets a little more spicy 🌶️

Perfect if you like repeating workouts to master the moves and build confidence week to week.

Ideal for variety without jumping too far ahead.

Block 1:

Eightsies - 8 Exercises, 8 Reps, 1 Set

Block 2:

Super Cardio Tabata - 8 Cardio Combos, 20s/10s

Block 3:

Combo Building - 2 Combos. Each has 3 Exercises - done individually and then together

Block 4:

Cardio Topper - 9 simple (not complex) cardio exercises, 20s, no breaks

40 Seconds Each, 2 Sets

Block 2: Super Cardio Tabata

8 Cardio Combos, 20 Seconds/10 Seconds, No Repeats, 1 Set

Block 3: SIXIES! ✋☝️

6 Exercises, 6 Reps, 1 Set

Block 4: Abs ⬇Cardio ⬆ Intervals

30 Seconds Each Alternating, 5 Ab Exercises on the Floor (hence the down arrow), 5 Cardio Exercises Standing, 5 Total Rounds

Cool Down/Stretch

Ingredients:

4 BLOCKS

Block 1. Super Tabata but Not-tah (Alternating between strength w/dumbbells and cardio) 20 seconds, 10 seconds rest. It' s "not-tah" Tabata, though, because it's 10 rounds, instead of 8 - making it (technically) NOT Tabata🤷‍♀️.

Block 2. Add-On Strength Combos. TWO Combos that we build one piece at a time & finish with a longer block. We've got 2 combos and 2 sides each 🫢 When we're learning each part, we're doing 20 or 30 second sets. When we put them all together, we're doing 1 slow set together & then 5 at regular pace. It will make sense on the video. I think. I hope.

Block 3. Floor Galore. 10 exercises that are mostly on the floor. But do not be deceived. It's not a vacation down there & some of these moves are super challenging. I must have been feeling very confident when I created this block🤔 So, 10 exercises, 30 seconds each, just one set. Huzzah.

Block 4. 10 simple cardio exercises, 20 seconds each, no break.
