
HIIT Under 30 (Minutes)
What is HIIT Under 30?
HIIT Under 30 is a class I created to be just as effective as a longer workout - but, done in under 30 minutes. This format & these classes fly by!
Format:
4 Blocks, Each Block has...
2 Strength Combinations (Dumbbells or Body Weight for resistance)

30 Seconds Each

2 Sets Each
Cardio Add-Ons
-
Cardio 1 after Block 1
-
Cardio 2 + Cardio 1 after Block 2
-
Cardio 3 + Cardio 2 + Cardio 1 after Block 3

Cardio 4 + Cardio 3 + Cardio 2 + Cardio 1 after Block 4
What do I need?
We use bodyweight & light (2-8 lb) dumbbells for resistance (I use 3s or 5s), so all you need is a little bit of space, a set of light dumbbells, a mat, and some water. That's all!
What days do I do which workout?
These classes are a great supplement to any fitness schedule. They're less than 30 minutes, but they aren't beginner level - so, if you're brand new to my workouts, I suggest either the 14 Day Shape-Up or the A-Lotta Tabata Bundles (starting with the beginner level classes) first, and then come and check out these 3. I also have a variety of classes on my YouTube Channel - a great way to learn my style before committing to purchase:
*For best results, I recommend at least 2 classes a week, but which and when are up to you.
For all classes in this HIIT Under 30 Trio, always listen to your body first & take breaks as needed. Your endurance will improve quickly. But, the number one most important element in any fitness routine is consistency! It doesn't ever have to be perfect, but always come back & you WILL get the results you seek.
