What to Expect:
By the end of this challenge, you’ll feel stronger, more conditioned, and amazed at what you’ve accomplished! Each class is thoughtfully designed with fun, creative, and highly effective full-body exercises that torch calories and build muscle—all in 30 minutes or less.
Here’s the breakdown:

The week starts with lower-intensity workouts, with options to increase or decrease intensity to fit your needs.

By Week 2, we crank up the intensity to really push you toward your goals.

Classes incorporate light dumbbells (I recommend 3–5 lbs) or bodyweight for resistance, and we’ll occasionally take it to the mat—so have a mat and a little space ready.
