How It Works:

  1. Download the attached PDF calendar, which features 30 days of workouts.

  2. Each day links directly to its workout on YouTube—just click the day’s box to get started!

  3. You can also access the full playlist on my YouTube channel under the Playlists tab.

  4. Mark off each day’s workout in the box to the left after completing it to stay on track and celebrate your progress!

  5. Remember, you don’t need to complete all 30 days in a row! Listen to your body, take rest days when needed, and go at your own pace.

What to Expect:

By the end of this challenge, you’ll feel stronger, more conditioned, and amazed at what you’ve accomplished! Each class is thoughtfully designed with fun, creative, and highly effective full-body exercises that torch calories and build muscle—all in 30 minutes or less.

Here’s the breakdown:

  • The week starts with lower-intensity workouts, with options to increase or decrease intensity to fit your needs.

  • By Week 2, we crank up the intensity to really push you toward your goals.

  • Classes incorporate light dumbbells (I recommend 3–5 lbs) or bodyweight for resistance, and we’ll occasionally take it to the mat—so have a mat and a little space ready.
