In the workout, I call it a “mini” Blender, but it turns out...that was a lie. This is a full-size, full-throttle, full-body workout with everything you love from the Blender format — strength, sweat, sculpting, and some chaos (the fun kind).
Here’s what’s inside:

1. Eightsies (w/weightsies): 8 strength combos x 8 reps x 2 sets
2. Super Tabata Cardio: 8 no-repeat cardio drills, Tabata-style (20:10 format)
3. Pilates-Style Floor Booty: Glute-focused mat work, 1 set per side
4. Ab DRILL: A spicy little pyramid (2-4-6-4-2) of core moves
Scout makes a guest appearance by napping through most of it — still great support.
