Summer brings sunshine,
play, and possibility—but it can also stir up a swirl of emotions for little ones and their grown-ups. Transitions, changes in routine, more time together (or apart)—all of it can feel like a lot.
Big Feelings, Brave Hearts is a playful, gentle, and powerful workshop designed to help children understand, express, and move through their emotions—while equipping moms with simple, soul-supportive tools to navigate the season with more calm, connection, and clarity.
What We’ll Explore:
This isn’t just another mommy & me playdate—it’s a mind-body experience rooted in emotional intelligence and somatic awareness.
For the Kids:
Your child will be guided through:

Understanding Emotions – What feelings are, where they show up in the body, and why it’s okay to feel all of them.

Naming and Noticing – Playful ways to recognize what they’re feeling.

Expressing and Releasing – Movement-based games, sensory exercises, and creative play to process big emotions in little bodies.

Emotional Safety – Learning that emotions aren’t “bad” or “wrong”—they’re messages we can listen to.
For the Moms:
While the children engage, moms will:

Observe and witness their child’s emotional world from a fresh perspective.

Receive tools to support emotional regulation for both of you through the ups and downs of summer.
