This recorded reading will to be able to provide you guidance on your own time. Especially for international novices or practitioners and those who want to review the recording on their own time. Your recording will be send to you by end of day (date of purchase).

*Please note, recorded readings booked on a weekend will be sent on the next business day.

To best prepare for your appointment, please do the following:

• Send me an email at healing.cardinal@gmail.com with questions and you will receive your recording sent to your email by the end of the day (date of purchase).

• Try to be present when watching the reading and have an open mind.

• Plan to give yourself 30 minutes after our session to go over your notes, thoughts, and findings. Some good examples would be meditating, or journaling.
