2. Eligibility -By purchasing this programme, you confirm that:

• You are aged 18 or over

• You are mentally and emotionally able to participate in confidence coaching

• You understand this programme requires personal responsibility and active participation

3. No Refund Policy- All payments for the 30-Day Decision Confidence Reset are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of coaching, time allocation, preparation, and immediate access to materials, no refunds, partial refunds, or transfers will be offered under any circumstances, including:

• Change of mind

• Scheduling conflicts

• Non-attendance

• Early withdrawal from the programme

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

4. Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Once a coaching appointment has been booked, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited.

• Missed appointments or no-shows will be counted as a used session and will not be replaced.

All cancellation or reschedule requests must be made in writing via the agreed communication method.

5. Programme Completion & Client Responsibility

Results from the 30-Day Decision Confidence Reset depend on your level of commitment, honesty, and engagement.
While support and guidance are provided, no specific outcomes or guarantees are promised.

You are fully responsible for:

• Audio or video content

Materials are provided for personal use only and must not be:

• Copied

• Shared

• Sold

• Distributed

• Used for training or commercial purposes

without prior written permission.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during the programme will be treated as confidential and handled in line with UK data protection regulations.

Confidentiality may only be broken where legally required or if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The coach shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the programme

• Coaching is a supportive process, and responsibility for decisions and outcomes remains with the client

9. Programme Changes

The programme provider reserves the right to:

• Update or improve programme content

• Adjust session structure or delivery methods

• Reschedule sessions where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances

Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
