TRUST YOURSELF AGAIN – 90 DAY COACHING PROGRAMME

By enrolling in the Trust Yourself Again 90 Day Coaching Programme, you agree to the following terms.

The programme runs for a fixed period of 90 days from the agreed start date. This timeframe is intentionally structured to allow for reflection, practice, and integration. Sessions must take place within this 90-day period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Session dates and times will be scheduled in advance. Once sessions have been allocated, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Repeated rescheduling may result in the remaining sessions being scheduled at the coach’s discretion to ensure the programme completes within the agreed timeframe.

Payment confirms your place on the programme. Due to the time commitment, preparation, and reserved availability, all payments are non-refundable once the programme has commenced. Payment plans must be completed in full regardless of attendance.

Coaching is a collaborative process. Results will vary for each individual, and progress depends on your willingness to engage, reflect and take responsibility for your own choices and actions. The coach cannot guarantee specific outcomes and does not “fix” clients. The role of the coach is to guide, support, and provide tools to help you develop your own insight, confidence, and direction.

Coaching is not a medical treatment. If at any point it becomes clear that medical support would be more appropriate, you may be encouraged to seek support from a doctor or other professional.

All materials, exercises, worksheets, and programme content provided during the coaching process remain the intellectual property of Jacquie Case and Confidence Coaching UK. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Confidentiality will be maintained at all times. Information shared within sessions will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

By enrolling in the programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
