1. Programme Overview

The VIP Hair & Beauty Resilience Club Programme provides support, coaching and community for professionals working within the hair and beauty industry.

2. Membership Payments

Membership is charged on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are taken automatically each month until membership is cancelled. Members are responsible for ensuring their payment details remain valid.

3 Founding Member Pricing

Founding members who join during the early launch period may receive a reduced monthly rate. This price will remain the same while membership remains active. If membership is cancelled and later rejoined, the current membership price will apply.

4_. Cancellation Policy_

Members may cancel their membership at any time by emailing Jacquie@viphair4utraining.com. ( please give 2 weeks of payment date) Cancellation will stop future payments, but no refunds are provided for payments already made. Access to the programme will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Community Conduct

Members agree to treat others within the community with respect, kindness and professionalism. The following behaviour is not permitted:

• harassment or bullying
• discrimination
• inappropriate or offensive language
• sharing confidential information from other members

Anyone violating these guidelines may have their membership removed without refund.

6. Confidentiality

All members agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of discussions shared within the group and coaching sessions. Personal stories or information shared by members must not be shared outside the community.

7. Coaching Disclaimer

The mentorship programme provides guidance, education and personal development support. It does not replace professional medical, psychological or financial advice. Members remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

8. Programme Changes

From time to time, the programme structure, session times or content may change to improve the experience for members. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
