The Single Life Confidence workbook is specifically designed to skyrocket your confidence and get you LOVING your single life.

In this book, I've carefully compiled each activity based on my own experience of becoming single for the first time as an adult at 26.

Navigating life after divorce is MESSY. You look in all the wrong places to try and feel whole again. Within months of a break-up, you're back on the dating apps, trying to find someone to be with because being on your own SUCKS, and everyone aroudn you is asking how dating is going anyway.

But by looking for validation outside of ourselves, we end up attracting all the wrong people into our lives, EVERY. SINGLE (no pun intended). TIME.

But it's not your fault! Going through this phase is part of the problem - until we wake up, vow NEVER to go on a dating app again, because you know you need to get your s*** sorted.

And that's exactly where I found myself following my divorce and the end of my seven-year relationship.

I felt lost and confused about who I was as a person and what I really wanted. I went on a deep-dive of self-development, getting up at 5am every day to work on myself for 2 and a half hours before work to, going to winding down at 8pm, phone in the next room, reading books, meditating and listening to podcasts.

Through my journey of self-discovery and bringing myself back from the break-up, I found there was one SINGLE thing that solved the problem, and that was connection.

It was connection to myself, knowing who I was and staying true to that version of myself. It was connection to other people, in more than the superficial ways of having lots of friends, but instead, making trye, meaningful connections with the people around me. And the third, was connection to the world around me, how I fitted into that and how I could make the most of the opportunities and experiences of these world.

And that's what I've put into this workbook, to help you go through the same steps I took to find myself again, work out who I really was and what I wanted, to then be able to find my tribe, and go out there and live my best life - even whilst I was single.

Just imagine being able to go out and do things on your own, to take that solo trip (abroad) because you refuse to let being single stop you from doing all the things you'd do if you were in a relationship, and imagine not caring one OUNCE about dating because you've got all the kinds of friendships in your life that keep you afloat...

And just imagine if there was a set of exercises and tools that you could work through to grow that level of confidence in yourself, a handbook to reference when the times get tough in single life and you need to find a way to get your connection back to yourself.

That's why you're getting the framework to the entire self-work I did to get myself to the point I did with single life.

To reach that stage of utter confidence in you, to create the community you need around you and to have the courage to go out there and live your life to the max, I've put it all into this workbook.
