...don't LOOK like you're struggling
((Is this you...? Then yeah, you're in the right place.))
You looooove to get those gold stars (just ignore the doom piles, mmmkay?). ⭐️
Sometimes YOU even doubt that you have ADHD because you are so high-functioning in some areas… (that’s where the guilt creeps in).
But if we peek behind the curtain?
Smell that smoke? It maaaaaay just be leading to a dumpster fire.
(Said in the most loving, knowing way)
You’re one forgotten appointment away from crying in the car.
The amount of reminders and alarms you need to set is... a lot.
Home is a mess, doom piles everywhere and laundry that gets forgotten in the washer.
Your brain feels like a Ferrari engine with bicycle brakes and you can't turn it off.
That email and text has gone unanswered for weeks because it feels too hard to open.
You’re exhausted all the time, short fused, overwhelmed and have no energy for family or friends.
You haven’t worked out in… ohhhh too long.
You forget to eat, then eat everything in sight like a trash panda.
You never do anything for just YOU because, who has the freaking energy?!

Most ADHD content is built for the hot mess express ADHDers who are visibly struggling. The disorganized. The chaotic. The “can’t get it together” crowd.
But that’s not you.
Most ADHD content isn’t speaking to you.
High-functioning ADHD women go under the radar for so long, are often late diagnosed and struggle to ask for help.
We CAN do it, but it comes at a cost and uses WAY more battery than it does for the average bear.
We need support that acknowledges who we are, how we function and honors our capacity.
Not formally diagnosed, but preeeetty sure?
Welcome to the club - women like you are about half of my client list!
They have seen the Reels, friends have said “uh yea… I think you have ADHD” and they’re even waiting to get that formal diagnosis.
How you’re supported, skills you build and what you accomplish in coaching is beneficial for all women - but especially if you have ADHD or are “pretty damn sure, Jen.”
In fact - if you’re pretty sure or waiting for a diagnosis, coaching is a critical first step.
A diagnosis is helpful, medication can be life changing - but the skills needed to be functional without burning yourself out are crucial.
No formal ADHD diagnosis is required to benefit from You. Supported.
If what you read hits like a ton of bricks - keep reading, this is for you!
You're not thriving. You're (barely) surviving.
You feel guilty that you have no energy for your kids.
Guilty that you haven't worked out in weeks or eaten anything green all month.
And underneath both of those, there's a quieter guilt... that you know exactly what to do and still can't seem to make yourself do it.
And it feels like no one will understand.

I see you, and here’s what I see...
You think you just need to try harder. Buy a different planner or download the perfect app. Be more disciplined. Get your shit together. Pray the burst of energetic focus comes tomorrow.
The real problem is you’re burning out. And nobody sees it.
Because you’re too capable. Too reliable. Too “together.”
And somehow that makes the guilt worse.
Because if you look fine, you should BE fine.
Right?
So you suffer in silence.
And you’re holding it all together with white knuckles.
You’re high-functioning... and drowning in overwhelm.
You’ve been trying to figure it out for how long now?
How many planners have you bought, hoping THIS would be the one that finally stuck?
How many Mondays have you told yourself 'this time will be different'?"
No shame, seriously - I’ve been there (and so have all of my clients).
Our brains don’t work the way neurotypical systems expect them to.
And no amount of trying harder is going to change that.
What WILL change it? External support and learning the skills to navigate life like an ADHD boss.
Systems built FOR your brain - NOT the BS ADHD hacks you see all over the damn internet.
You need someone in your corner who gets it - and has the training to help you dig out.

Whether you’ve worked with a coach before or I’m your first - it’s important to know what coaching is.
Coaching is forward-focused.
We’re not living in the past - but we do visit it when it matters. Like when we figure out whose voice is in your head telling you you’re not enough, or where that all-or-nothing pattern actually started. We look back just enough to understand what we’re working with.
Then we get to work.
If you’re working with a therapist, good. Keep going.
Therapy does the deep healing work. Coaching is where you take that self-awareness and turn it into action. They work beautifully together.
I also bring mentorship into the mix - which means I’m not just asking you questions from the sidelines. Sometimes we just need to be told what to do and given actual first steps!
I draw on my own lived experience being a business owner, mom, woman with ADHD and living through perimenopause. I coach from what I’ve learned from 11 years in business and working with 300+ women. I’ll tell you what I actually see.
You get a thinking partner and someone who’s been in the trenches.
This isn’t “here are ten tips and my cookie-cutter 5 step program, good luck.”
This is fully customized support from someone in your corner who gets it - and knows how to help.

Hey, I'm Jen.
I used to think everyone felt this way.
That the constant managing, the ironclad routines, the white knuckling through every disruption... that was just life. That was just Tuesday.
Turns out it wasn't Tuesday.
It was ADHD. And I'd been paying that bill my whole life without ever knowing it had a name.
High functioning ADHDer. Performer (great at masking). Recovering perfectionist. Mom. In perimenopause. Business owner.
And someone who finally understood herself.
Because here's what I know now that I didn't know then...
The effort it takes to be baseline functional when you have ADHD is significant, constant, invisible work that neurotypical people simply don't have to do.
It doesn't feel hard because it's all you've ever known.
But it IS hard. Exhausting actually.
And somewhere along the way I stopped white knuckling it alone and started building something different. Systems that work with my brain instead of against it. Support that finally matched the effort I'd always been putting in.
That shift changed everything.
Now I help high functioning ADHD women find that same shift.
Not by adding more to your plate. Not by becoming a different person.
By finally getting support that sees who you are beneath the fear, the doubt, the exhaustion... and reminds you that healing sometimes begins the moment you choose yourself.
That's what coaching is. And that's why I do it.
I’m not just a highly trained (and credentialed) coach...
I know what it feels like to look completely fine on the outside while quietly holding it all together with white knuckles on the inside.
I know the guilt of crushing it in some areas while drowning in others and energy it takes to keep up the facade.
I know the loneliness of struggling in a way nobody around you can see and not being able to admit how hard it is because "effortless" has become your brand.
And I know - from both lived experience AND 11 years of working with 300+ women - exactly what actually helps.
Not generic ADHD hacks, not another planner, not someone telling you to 'just meditate.'
The specific, practical, neurodivergent-compatible skills that were built for how YOU actually operate.
That’s what I bring into every single session.
My credentials:
• Master’s Degree in Education (M.S. from University of Wisconsin - Madison)
• Advanced Certified Life Coach (Lumia Coaching - International Coach Federation - ICF - Certified)
• Integrative Nutrition Coach (Institute of Integrative Nutrition)
• Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Coach (ISSA + AFAA)
11 years of coaching. 300+ women. A proprietary ADHD skill framework built specifically for high-functioning women with ADHD.
I am known for my gift of simplifying the hard stuff.
I know exactly what to say keep you going, with zero shame and zero judgment.
My clients describe sessions as equal parts “oh my god she gets it, I’m not alone in this” and “okay I actually know what to do now.”
I am a fierce ally and invested in understanding my client, their identities, and the full context of their life. I believe the systems and support you need are shaped by who you are - your culture, your background, your community, the roles you carry, and the invisible weight that comes with them.
I work with women across identities - women of color, queer women, women navigating religious transitions, neurodivergent women, women in bodies that the wellness industry has historically ignored - and I bring that awareness into every single session.
You don’t leave pieces of yourself at the door here.
All of you is welcome.
All of you matters.
And the support we build together will reflect that. 🧡

Me and my family - at a wedding in Thailand this past winter!
When you hire me you get full life support for the things that matter:
✅ Life rhythms that don't fall apart by Wednesday
Laundry that doesn't get forgotten in the washer. Meal planning that doesn't require a Sunday prep marathon. The unsexy stuff that actually makes life work.
✅ Health, handled without another restrictive plan
We're talking sleep that actually restores you, movement that fits your real life (not an Instagram version of it), and nutrition that accounts for what perimenopause is doing to your body. This is the foundation underneath everything else.
✅ The mental load, off your plate
You stop being the only person who remembers everything. We build visible systems and shared routines so your brain finally gets to rest, guilt-free.
✅ Actual margin in your day
Time to read. A hobby you forgot you loved. The couch, doing absolutely nothing. Cheering on the Lynx without feeling like you should be doing something "productive" instead. Real space to breathe.
✅ External accountability so you actually follow through
Your ADHD brain needs more than internal motivation. You need someone in your corner, checking in, celebrating wins, troubleshooting when life explodes.
And here's the most important part:
This is the space where it's all about you.
Not your kids. Not your partner. Not your boss. Not the 10,000 other to-dos you have on your plate.
For the first time in a long time - you get to be the priority.
And the coolest thing? You're the ripple.
Once YOU start feeling your best, those around you thrive as well.
What's included in our time together:
1 x 60-Minute Deep-Dive Discovery Call
We start here. We map out your current chaos, identify where your week is breaking down, and set clear targets for what we're building together.
This isn't surface-level "tell me your goals" stuff. We dig into the patterns keeping you stuck, the invisible struggles nobody else sees, and what actually needs to change.
3 x 30-Minute Coaching Sessions Per Month (12 sessions total over 4 months)
These aren't generic check-ins. These are targeted, in-the-weeds sessions where we:
-
Laser focused strategy sessions- touching on nutrition, exercise, sleep, supportive routines and life flow
-
Troubleshoot what's not working
-
Celebrate what IS working (because you need that too)
-
Pivot when life throws you a curveball
-
Build and refine your systems in real-time
>>>Note: calls are held between 9:45a-2:40p central time, Monday - Friday
-
We work at YOUR pace.
Not some rigid timeline. If you need to slow down, we slow down. If you're ready to build faster, we build faster.
This is customized to you. Your brain. Your life. Your bandwidth.
Voice + Text Support Between Sessions
You don't have to wait until our next session to get support. Most coaches / therapists don't offer in-between call support when things get muddy.
You. Supported. does - because I know having support when "life" happens is crucial, not just every other week during your calls.
You have access to me between calls for:
-
Quick check-ins ("Did I actually do the thing or did I just think about doing the thing?")
-
In-the-moment troubleshooting ("Life just exploded, what do I do?")
-
Celebrations (because your wins deserve to be acknowledged)
-
Accountability (because your ADHD brain needs it)
This isn't "email me and I'll respond in 3-5 business days." This is real, responsive support when you need it.
PLUS: Body Doubling sessions for current 1:1 clients where you can pop on and get shit done.
-
The Investment: $2,200 or $550/mo USD
This program is usually $2,800 - I am currently taking $600 off for new clients.
Think of it as my way of making it easier to say yes to yourself - because you've been saying yes to everyone else for long enough.
Monthly payment plans available - because I get that this is an investment and you're already managing a full financial plate.
Let's also be real about what you're getting
Coaching is life changing - it's a fully supported 4 months with me in your corner, who actually gets it.
Someone who sees your invisible struggle. Someone who builds systems WITH you, not just tells you what to do. Someone who's here when life falls apart.
Compare that to:
-
Group programs - less personalized, no 1:1 support, often $1,500-3,000
-
A personal trainer -$60-150/session, 2-3x/week = $2,000-7,200 over 4 months for exercise alone, no in-between session support - no help with the rest of your life
-
The continued ADHD tax - Late fees. Duplicate purchases because you forgot you already bought it. Takeout because you forgot to meal plan. Impulse on-line shopping. Easily $100-300/month = $400-1,200 over 4 months.
-
Winging it alone - the cost of burnout, another year of starting over every Monday, your health deteriorating, your relationships strained
What This Actually Gets You:
Not just "better habits."
You master the skills that last for a lifetime and learn how to pivot when life throws curveballs. You get unstuck quicker, avoid burnout and spot overwhelm before it becomes your reality.
A life where you're not one slip away from falling apart.
A week that doesn't require superhuman effort to hold together.
Systems that work WITH your brain, not against it.
The supported version of you — the one who has energy left at the end of the day, who can show up for herself, who isn't running on fumes.
And that version of you?
She changes everything.
For you. For your family. For your life.
I see you.
Here's what I want you to know before you even get on a call with me: you don't have to perform.
You don't have to show up as the capable, reliable version of yourself that everyone else gets.
That's not what this is.
You can just be the exhausted and run ragged one. The one who's been holding it all together alone. The one who isn't sure there's even a fix out there for her type of overwhelm.
She's who I'm here for.
There is no right time, and often - the most chaotic times ARE the best time for coaching, to get the support you need most.
I see that you're high-achieving, capable, reliable... and also exhausted, stretched thin, one slip away from losing your shit again.
And nobody else sees it.
That's the loneliest part.
And the guilt of feeling lonely when your life looks full from the outside?
That just sucks.

Stop suffering in silence.
How many more months of putting yourself last while everyone else gets the best of you?
You're burning out, and you don't have to keep doing this alone.
And you don't have to keep doing this alone.
You deserve support.
Not because you're broken. Because you're stretched too thin.
And when you get support?
Your family, friends, co-workers get the best version of you.
-
The version who isn't one slip away from a breakdown.
-
The version who has energy left at the end of the day.
-
The version of you with margins left for her health.
-
The version who can show up for herself - not just everyone else.
You also deserve the best of you.
That version of you? She's still in there.
She just needs the right support.
Next step: book a Connection Call.
If something in this page made you catch your breath a little - that's your sign.
The women who work with me didn't need months of convincing.
They saw one thing, felt it in their gut, and booked. If that's you - I'm ready when you are.
Zero pressure. 45 minutes. Just two humans seeing if this is the right fit.
On this call:
✔ We talk about what's keeping you stuck
✔ We look at your goals and what's been getting in the way
✔ We see if we're a good fit
No hard sales. Just honest conversation.
Stop suffering in silence. Start getting supported.
What my actual clients are saying...
"I run a team of 12 at work and couldn't remember to eat lunch. Jen didn't tell me to try harder. She showed me why my brain treats my own needs like they don't matter, and how to fix that." — Caroline, Director, IT
"I'd done therapy for years and knew exactly why I was like this. I just didn't know what to DO with that information. Coaching is where it finally turned into action." — Ariel, PhD candidate
"I was sure I'd outgrown my ADHD because I 'function fine.' Four months in, I understand I'd just gotten really good at hiding how hard everything actually was." — Karissa, Attorney
"The thing that got me wasn't the systems, it was Jen telling me my exhaustion was real and not something I needed to earn the right to feel." — Michelle, Single mom, tech
"I've bought every planner that exists. This is the first time someone explained why none of them stuck, and built something around how I actually think instead of how the planner wanted me to think." — Christine, School administrator
Still have questions? Let's talk about some common ones.
"What if I'm not even formally diagnosed yet?"
You don't need a piece of paper to work with me. Half my client list is "pretty sure" or waiting on an evaluation that's months out. If the content hits and you feel it in your gut, that's enough to start. This coaching also benefits those diagnosed as AuDHD.
"What if I've already done coaching before and it didn't work?"
Then you probably had a coach who gave you generic tools instead of teaching you the actual skill underneath them OR they had a 5-step program to run you through, that never quite fit.
hat's not your failure, that's a mismatch. This isn't 10 tips and a workbook. It's built specifically for how your brain works and what's going on for you right now, not how a textbook says ADHD brains work.
"What if I start this and quit, like I quit everything else?"
Honestly? You might have a hard week. You might miss a call. That's allowed. The whole point of this work is learning what to do when you fall off, not pretending you never will. I'm not expecting perfect. I'm expecting you to be honest, show up as you are and trust that what happens is exactly right for your journey.
"I don't really have time for one more thing right now."
I hear that a lot, usually from the exact women who need this most. This isn't homework on top of your life. It's 30 minutes a week and texting me when things go sideways. If you truly have zero margin, that's actually information worth us talking about on the call.
"What if I get on the call and it's just a sales pitch?"
It's not. I'll ask you real questions, you'll get real answers, and if it's not a fit for either of us, I'll tell you. Some women leave that call and decide to wait, and that's a completely fine outcome too.
My ultimate goal is to work with women I adore working with who get the most impact from my coaching - not to "get more clients".
"Is this therapy?"
No, and I'm not your therapist. If you're working with one, great, keep going, that work matters and it's different from this. Coaching is what happens after the self-awareness, when you're ready to actually build something with it.
"Do you work with clients internationally?"
Absolutely! I've had clients in England, India, Germany and Belgium. The limiting factor is my hours are between 9:45a - 2:45p central time, M-F.
If your time zone makes that difficult (sorry, Australia...) I unfortunately cannot coach you.
