Confidence Case Membership – Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Overview
The Confidence Case Membership is a 12-month rolling life coaching program designed to provide affordable and ongoing personal development support. Membership includes access to exclusive coaching resources, group sessions, and community benefits.

2. Membership Term
This is a rolling 12-month membership. Your access will continue on a monthly basis unless cancelled by you in accordance with these terms.

3. Payment and Fees
Membership fees are payable monthly in advance. All payments are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time. However, a minimum of 14 days’ written notice is required before your next billing date.

No refunds will be issued for any payments already made, including partial months.

5. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital and coaching nature of the services, all fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of usage or early termination.

6. Use of Materials
All content provided through the Confidence Case Membership, including but not limited to workbooks, worksheets, videos, and downloadable resources, is protected by copyright. These materials are for personal use only by the registered member.
They may not be copied, shared, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Confidence Coaching UK.

7. Member Conduct
By joining, you agree to participate respectfully in all sessions and community activities. We reserve the right to revoke membership without refund if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or harmful to others.

8. Changes to Terms
Confidence Coaching UK reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via email of any significant changes.
