Session 1: (P)urpose: Establish a deeper purpose of your community - when communities revolve around ONE person, they fail if that person is not in there 24/7. Mapping a purpose gives you a sense of relief & will 1000% prevent burnout

Planning: We will map out the contents this space (what sections you need) will contain as well as the onboarding process (this is a critical step that most people miss)

Session 2: (E)ngagement: Establish an engagement plan for your community to keep them energized and excited to be there & prevent future churn as much as you can

Planning: We will map out your engagement plan (and yes this is different than a marketing plan and also different than a social media plan); this is a plan you will weave into your current marketing efforts; We will also map out a plan to start advertising this to your current audience

Session 3: (I)nvolvement: Establish your involvement

Planning: You need live interaction with your group. PERIOD. Whether it's once a month, once a week, you decide. We will go over the importance of having this interaction & how to strategically plan your time in this space
- Note: You will also need to consider community management; creating a space and setting/forgetting it will lead to churn & people losing interest. Having a community management person or moderator is something we will review - you can also take on this role (or delegate) depending on capacity

Build: Build out course offerings in the community as well as live calendar schedule

Planning: People come to communities to feel connected and often want support; we will map out a plan on what kind of support options you can provide
