Bill Exchange & Preparation

Are you ready to stop paying your bills out of pocket and start turning your monthly "debt" into PROFIT?

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is a Bill?

a formal request for payment that may appear as an obligation or debt, but in reality, it functions as an invitation or proposal for financial compensation. Rather than representing a legal demand or owed balance, a bill in this sense is a commercial offer extended to the recipient, which they have the right to accept, reject, or dispute. This interpretation aligns with certain interpretations in postal regulations, where a bill is treated as a form of solicitation rather than an absolute demand for payment, unless specifically verified by mutual agreement or contract.

U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Domestic Mail Manual (DMM): 39 U.S.C. § 3001(d) regulates deceptive practices involving solicitations disguised as bills or invoices. It states that solicitations must clearly disclose that they are not actual bills and that the recipient is not obligated to pay unless they choose to accept the offer. Any failure to clearly identify it as a solicitation would violate postal regulations.

  • How can I NOT pay my bills out of pocket?

There are several answers to this question which we will cover in detail in your session. The two most important will be because:

    1. ALL BILLS/DEBTS are PREPAID

    2. The physical bills you get monthly often ask for you to mail in your payment & most times than not they also offer 3 methods of payment for you to take care of the debt.... have you noticed they NEVER want CASH mailed in?

  • What if I need to reschedule my session?

If you need to reschedule, I am always willing to work with you as long as you communicate with me prior to your appointment. If you do a no call/no show, then you will not be eligible for a refund and will have to pay another donation to secure another session.
