From Chaos to Calm
Shifting hormones can literally make you feel like you're crazy. We often laugh at the memes showing a menopausal women being forgetful, foggy, and unhinged but to the person going through it, it's not so funny.
When you find out that you can make some critical lifestyle adjustments and things will start making sense again, it feels like freedom.
My approach differs from many "health coaches" due to my background as an herbalist who has constructed herbal compounds to aid the body in self-healing. The experience I got living my own self-healing journey through menopause as well as leaky gut & fibroids is immeasurable. My book, The Alkaline Eclectic, offers a foundation for an alkaline lifestyle with a Code of Principles to simplify the "how" and "why".
