We have focused on regenerative detoxing since 2010 evolving from Brooklyn Cafe owners specializing in juice fasting to creators of The Alkaline Eclectic lifestyle - outlined in our latest book on Amazon of the same name.
Our wellness-driven platform blends holistic healing, food-based practices, lifestyle consulting, and online edutainment to help adults over 35 (primarily but not exclusively) reclaim balance in their health, hormones, and daily lives.
