1. What do I need to rent a car?
You’ll need a valid driver’s license, a major credit or debit card, and proof of insurance. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Additional requirements may apply for luxury or exotic vehicles.
2. Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. The amount varies based on the vehicle selected and will be returned after the vehicle is returned in good condition.
3. Do you offer delivery and pickup services?
Absolutely. We offer white-glove delivery and pickup services across the D.C. metro area. Just select your preferred location during the booking process.
4. What happens if I return the car late?
We offer a grace period of 30 minutes. After that, a late return fee will apply. If you need extra time, contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
5. Can someone else drive the rental car?
Yes, additional drivers are allowed but must be added to the rental agreement, meet all requirements, and provide valid identification and insurance information.
