Momma D, Holistic Wellness, Reiki & Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner and April Rose, Embodiment Priestess Trauma Informed and Somatic Breath-work Facilitator are the co-hosts and wellness guides behind the Rest and Reset Retreat. Together, they create supportive spaces for women to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with themselves through rest, self-care, and holistic wellness. Their heart is to encourage women to reset, restore balance, and prioritize their well-being in a meaningful way.
