He has coached me into developing new habits and become more productive. Before dicovering Deeper States Mind and Wellness, I was battling with agoraphobia, anxiety, and depression, it was a dark period in my life. Michael has helped me greatly overcome anxiety and confidence issues as a high school basketball player. With his help, I have never played better, and I have seen a significant increase in my points per game, steals per game, energy on the court, leadership skills, and overall feel for the sport.

Three months ago, I started with Michael to enhance my weight loss, improve my self-image, release my anger and fears, and build my self-esteem and my confidence. Thanks to Michael’s help and through the use of hypnosis and self-hypnosis, I have benefited in so many ways: 1. Dealing with and releasing my physical & emotional pains. 2. I was able to successfully return to work full-time to a very physical job after knee surgery. 3. I was able to endure the discomfort/pain and lie still for 2 1/2 hours while having my eyebrows and eyelids tattooed with permanent makeup. 4. Michael, I want to thank you for your weight program. I had been trying to lose weight (again) for 2 years or more. I have tried every diet (almost) that’s in the bookstores without success. I have had a weight problem most of my life, I have now lost 20 lbs. since June 30, and I’m not really trying. I’m eating healthy fruit, vegetables, and high protein. With your hypnosis I have been walking every day, water exercises 3 times a week. I really can’t believe it’s been almost 5 months and I’m enjoying it.
