Michael has been working with me since earlier in the year in regards to aligning my personal life with my business life in order to succeed in the realms I desire to without missing out on life. He has coached me into developing new habits and become more productive. He has also helped me through hypnosis to realign myself with pleasure/pain versus coping with stress and avoiding what I want. Michael has helped me greatly overcome anxiety and confidence issues as a high school basketball player. With his help, I have never played better, and I have seen a significant increase in my points per game, steals per game, energy on the court, leadership skills, and overall feel for the sport.

Three months ago, I started with Michael to enhance my weight loss, improve my self-image, release my anger and fears, and build my self-esteem and my confidence. Michael, I want to thank you for your weight program. I had been trying to lose weight (again) for 2 years or more. I have tried every diet (almost) that’s in the bookstores without success. I have had a weight problem most of my life, I have now lost 20 lbs. since June 30, and I’m not really trying. I’m eating healthy fruit, vegetables, and high protein. With your hypnosis I have been walking every day, water exercises 3 times a week. I really can’t believe it’s been almost 5 months and I’m enjoying it.

Michael Almaraz of Deeper States Hypnotherapy helped me achieve weight loss thru a combination of hypnotherapy and a weight loss program utilizing a food diary, Mp3, and exercise. The combination of steps in the program does work when followed. The food diary helps you see the foods and amounts you are consuming at each meal. Having to write down everything you eat forces your mind to think about if you really should eat this food and if so, how much to eat. Listening to the hypnotherapy CD each night reinforces the program between visits with Michael. While following the program steps, I lost 15 pounds in one month and have been able to keep the weight off. Deeper States Hypnotherapy is a great program.
