90 Day Breakthrough Programme - Discovery Call

I have developed a comprehensive coaching program that is designed to help you achieve your goals and make lasting changes in just 90 days, with further support if needed.

I will work with you every step of the way, providing you with the guidance, support, and resources you need to achieve your desired outcome.


The initial session will take place in a 90-minute one-on-one coaching session with one of our expert coaches. During this session, you will have the opportunity to share your goals, both personal and professional, and discuss any challenges or obstacles that you may be facing.

Together we will identify both internal and external barriers that may be hindering your progress and work with you to develop strategies to overcome them.

Exploring Internal and External Barriers:

One of the key components of the initial assessment is exploring both internal and external barriers.

Internal barriers can include self-doubt, lack of motivation, or a limiting belief system.

External barriers may include a lack of resources, time constraints, or external distractions.

We will identify and explore these barriers, and help you develop strategies to overcome them. This process will help you gain a better understanding of what may be holding you back and how you can take action to move past these challenges.

Creating a 90-Day Plan:

Once the initial session is complete, we will create a customized 90-day plan. This plan will include clear, actionable steps that you can take to achieve your goals and make meaningful progress towards your desired outcome.

Together we will identify the most important tasks and prioritize them, ensuring that you stay focused and motivated. The 90-day plan will also include regular check-ins to ensure that you stay on track and make the most of your time and resources.

During these one-on-one 30 minute coaching sessions, you will have the opportunity to review your progress, set new goals, and discuss any challenges that may have arisen.

I will hold you accountable and provide guidance and support to help you stay on track and achieve your desired outcome.

Staying Accountable and On Track:

The weekly check-ins are designed to keep you on track towards your goals.

I will help you review your progress and identify any areas where you may have fallen off track. Together, we will discuss strategies to overcome any obstacles and get back on track. This consistent and structured approach will help you stay focused and motivated and make meaningful progress towards your desired outcome.

Forming New Habits for Consistency:

One of the keys to success in this program is the formation of new habits.

By working closely with me on your customized 90-day plan, you will develop new habits and routines that will help you stay consistent and make meaningful progress towards your goals.

I will help you identify the habits that are most important for your success and will provide guidance and support as you integrate them into your daily life. The result will be a newfound level of consistency and a greater ability to achieve your desired outcome.

By providing structure, accountability, and support, these sessions will help you stay focused and motivated, form new habits, and help you get the results you desire.


Access to Micro-Courses:

As part of the program, you will have access to a series of micro-courses that are designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to achieve your goals.

These courses cover a wide range of topics, from goal-setting and time management to effective communication and stress management. The micro-courses are designed to be short and focused, making it easy for you to fit them into your schedule and learn at your own pace.

Online Journal:

An important part of the program is the online journal, which is a tool that allows you to track your progress and reflect on your experiences.

I will work with you to set up your journal and will provide guidance on how to use it effectively. The journal is a private and secure space where you can document your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, and share your insights.


In addition to the micro-courses and online journal, you will also receive a weekly newsletter that is packed with tips, resources, and inspiration to help you stay motivated and on track.
