I designed my services specifically for expats, entrepreneurs, digital nomads, families and long-term travelers who want to find their perfect home—before they even arrive. Whether you're dreaming of a modern condo in the heart of Bangkok, a beachfront bungalow in Phuket, or a quiet home in Chiang Mai, I help you skip the guesswork and land exactly where you want.

I don’t just send you a random list of properties—I learn what makes you you..... what you identify as home. From your lifestyle and budget to whether you need space for a pet, a home office, or sunset views, I curate a shortlist of options that actually make sense for your needs.

I offer:

• Personalized virtual consultations (1 before & 1 post to go over final options)

• Video walk-throughs of available properties (videos with commentary will be reordered for your comparison of each property)

• Local insights on neighborhoods, commute, vibe, and safety

• Lease negotiation support

• Help setting up utilities, internet, and other essentials

• And even local recommendations for co-working spaces, cafes, gyms, and more

Service Price List:

Initial Consultation: FREE use this link to schedule

Relocation Coordination: $400 flat rate for 45 day time frame (help determining any and all travel related plans in relation to the move- flights, baggage, transportation, 1st night accommodations, Visa connect, ect)

Housing Search Services: $35 per home visit (includes Bangkok 20 mile radius, further locations can be arranged at TRAVEL FEE + $35 per home

Property Management: $150 a month per unit

Utility Set Up: Included with any service over $300, otherwise $25

Lease Negotiation Support: Included with any service over $400 otherwise $75

One Off research Services: $70 per topic
