HOW will this work?

The subjects and approaches we delve into hinge on your current life dynamics and your interests intersecting with my areas of expertise.

We can delve into what feels potent: mindset, spirituality, relationships, career, plant medicines, ritual/ceremony, and many other topics. As we unravel the roots of one issue, we'll uncover how it intricately influences other areas.

Through thoughtful and penetrating questions, I'll help you tap into your own intuition and somatic knowledge, empowering you to navigate your unique path and create your own solutions.

We will honour the complexity of your personal and collective stories, engaging in discussions that expand our perspectives and drive us towards expansion.

As we become more acquainted, I'll gently guide you using insights, wisdom, perspectives, and practices drawn from my experiences. My intuition and discernment will help us map paths that align with your growth.

Between sessions, you'll engage in inner and outer work, integrating practices, perspectives, and behaviours that resonate deeply.

This cyclic process will cultivate a new version of you – one equipped with greater capacity and readiness for life's richness, relationships, and challenges.

And the NITTY-GRITTY?

Think of this as a cyclic process that we'll collaborate, develop, and adapt.

You'll enjoy 24 hour-long weekly sessions, spanning 6 months, though this structure is flexible.

Between sessions, I'm a message away within 48 hours – perfect for quick chats, questions, or jotting down ideas needing support. If a full session is needed, we'll defer to our next meeting or schedule one.

When life's intense, we can set up a few urgent sessions for those overwhelming moments. You'll have a bank of 4 urgent sessions or urgent cancellations at your disposal. After these, session changes require 24-hour notice, respecting both our time.

Whether your schedule shifts or your call frequency changes, no problem. We can adapt bi-weekly or up to 2 times a week. Respect for your needs and my availability will guide us, all while allowing for integration.

In extreme cases, pauses might be an option – so just ask. This is a relationship, not a trap!

Our plans are open to ongoing discussion and flexibility. Our comfort, needs, and boundaries guide us. If adjustments are needed, no sweat – we'll openly chat and adapt our sessions as needed.

If you find that the coaching program does not align with your expectations within the first 30 days of enrolment, I will gladly issue a refund.

Here's how it works: Clients will receive a full refund of the amount they have paid for the program, minus the per session amount for the sessions they have already attended (calculated based on the total cost of the program and the number of sessions conducted) and a $75 CAD processing fee. I believe this approach ensures a fair and transparent refund process, while still acknowledging the value of the sessions you have experienced.

Please note that any request for a refund must be made within the first 30 days of starting the program. After this period, your payments will be subject to the coaching terms and services agreement.
