My favourite moments have been late-night deep life chats with close friends over a nice cup of herbal tea...

In these moments of intimacy, we talked about our lives, our challenges, things we aspire to, things we hate, and things we regretted... and everything in between...

I never was much for surface conversations...

Honestly, there is no pressure -- this is more of an open ended deep journey and... towards the end if we're cool and it feels right to you we can talk a bit more about my programs and what I can invite you to that would be aligned.

I am non-binary / gender fluid / queer person of South, Central and East Asian heritage, who is a passionate seeker of all spiritual, scientific, and integrative knowledge.

My trauma-informed, intuitive, somatic coaching approach is specially tailored to your unique journey with no one-size-fits-all solutions. Drawing from my profound 13+ years of personal healing, 9+ years of dedicated spiritual study, and innate intuitive abilities, I bring a rich tapestry of wisdom and experience to guide you.

With a heart rooted in compassion and a profound understanding of diverse backgrounds and lineages, I create a safe and empowering space for your growth. My work is rooted in Decolonization, Anti-Racist, and Trauma-Informed perspectives and gives emphasis to BIPOC points of view to create safe spaces for folks of all walks of life. Context is everything!
