September 2026 - March 2027
We turn overlooked female technical talent into visible, promotable leaders who strengthen manufacturing performance, succession, and innovation.

Career + Conference + Leadership

The Kickoff for this 6 month programme will be in Cambridge (UK) immediately before the 30th International Manufacturing Symposium which we of course will attend.

This conference/leadership combo presents a unique opportunity for your top female talent to get up to date with the industry developments and connect with other manufacturing experts.

Our workshops before and after the event give this corporate cohort of women in manufacturing talk openly and honestly about
- their career,
- the implications of industry trends on their production lines and
- how industry developments are changing the industry as a whole.

Cambridge 🇬🇧
2026 Call For Papers.
By 2027 the goal is to have at least one of our corporate cohort on stage.

We help international manufacturers build a stronger leadership pipeline by developing experienced women who are already capable but in a career rut, so the business improves succession, retention, innovation, and performance.

Sound familiar?

Women don't come back after maternity leave.
We would welcome more female leaders but not enough strong candidates apply.
Young mothers cannot be expected to take on leadership roles in a part time position.
We have some great women but they are not leadership material.
Women don't feel that they are being taken seriously.
Women are over-sensitive.

"Our Leadership Pipeline's Failing. Let's dedicate 6 months to fixing it."

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What if I cannot find 10 women?

Really? With just one spot, once you have signed up you pay the full price whether you have 10 women or not, we can provide you with a free consultation as to how to fill these seats, we find pearls of talent in every organisation, just reach out for a free diversity consultation series once you have exhausted your options. (1 month in advance at least)

  • How will I know if the participants have good enough English?

Don't worry, I will speak to every participant and if they just need a refresher I have a VoiceVantage Programme that your participants can have access to for ONE MONTH for free. (They're normally better in English than they realise, they just need practice - We can start in German if you prefer)

  • Will the participants need a visa to get into the UK?

Unfortunately yes but it is a very simple, affordable process which your travel department will be able to help you with.

  • Why is it only for women?

In my experience women open up more and gain more value from the leadership training when they are in a safe space of women only. Securing psychological safety at the beginning of a leadership training programme is faster and more effective when the women don't feel judged by male colleagues and bosses. We welcome male allies in the consultancy and leadership training phase.

  • What is the application procedure?

    • We jump on a call to discuss your organisation's concerns, needs, problems and goals in terms of female empowerment. This is a tailor made solution for your company.

    • Up to 20 women can apply, we will suggest the 10 most suitable candidates based on coach-ability, English language level and commitment or career fit. Live Teams Calls.

  • What is the payment process?

You will receive three tax deductible invoices.
    Payment 1 - 1st May 2026 (following 10 evaluation & 2 planning calls)
    Payment 2 - 1st July 2026
    Payment 3 - 1st October 2026
