The benefits of getting your life in order carry on for miles! It’s true, your mind is one of the most critical elements of any success you’ll see in life. The more expansive your mind becomes, the more likely you are to bear fruit and beautiful flowers in your life, just like a garden. But the opposite is also true, without proper renovation, it can give you nothing but weeds and grief.
The question has always been, “How do I get my life in order? What do I need to do?”

So I’m sharing with you today, my favorite checklist, the only checklist you will ever need for a complete mental reset, a detox, and a complete lifestyle transformation. In my opinion, it combines the different key life areas you need to review for the functioning and rebalancing that we are looking for.
Super easy! Just incorporate these bit by bit into your daily routine for 30 days. Once each item has been checked off the list, you can see if you’ll need to readdress certain areas of your life or move on to the next item. You can share this with a friend for accountability. A quick tip: We do a quick prayer first, and then write down the first 3 things we’d like to see change. Ideally, we’d use a journal to write this as it is easy to go back and review after 30 days to see how much we’ve transformed. You can include additional items and personalize them without changing the rest of the checklist. You can review each item individually and use them in various phases of your life.
