CHAT FLOW & CONFIDENTIALITY

After booking send a brief summary to hello@ericakenechi.com on what you would like to discuss on your session so that the session can run smoothly.

If you do not send your summary prior to your session, your session will be CANCELLED.

All sessions are SOLUTION-BASED, meaning, there is a clear, concise issue or challenge that you are seeking guidance for.

All private sessions are 100% confidential and held via the app video/audio. The private sessions are curated to provide a safe space for you and your situation. Private sessions are geared towards analyzing your situation at hand, giving the best advice possible to assist you in your situation, and lastly, leaving you feeling more refreshed and confident.

Private sessions are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you decide to book a private session, please log into your session at the designated time booked. There will be a 15-minute grace period. If there is ever a situation where you need to reschedule a session for a different day or time, please email hello@ericakenechi.com to update your scheduling date and time PRIOR to your meeting time originally booked. There are NO weekend session calls unless you are a MENTEE. Additionally, it is imperative to read the terms sent after you book your session to ensure the booking goes smoothly.

There are NO refunds if you miss your private session.

These services are designed to help clients overcome obstacles, improve their mindset, and achieve their goals. There will be an opportunity for you to send an email summarizing what you would like to speak on during your private session.

Due to the exchange of the call session, you can be ineligible from booking future calls if you are inappropriate, unable to receive the advise given, booking for casual purposes as opposed to genuinely seeking insight, combative or simply booking outside of good and true intentions. If that is the case, you will be notified that the exchange was not a good fit and your future bookings will be refunded. Peace, balance, and flow is always the prerogative.
