Inside the Program, You’ll:

The program is broken down into 7 parts.

Section 1: Clarity, Vision & Business Foundation

  • Identify your “why” and long-term business vision

  • Choose a business model (service, product, digital, etc.)

  • Conduct competitor research + gap analysis

  • Decide on a business name and run a name availability check

  • Register your business legally (LLC, sole proprietorship, etc.)

  • Secure your EIN + DUNS number

  • Open business bank account

SECTION 2: Brand Identity + Positioning

  • Define your target audience + pain points

  • Create your unique value proposition (UVP)

  • Select your brand colors, fonts, and brand mood board

  • Design or commission a professional logo

  • Write your business mission and vision statements

SECTION 3: Product/Service Development

  • Identify your signature offer (product or service)

  • Research cost vs. value (pricing strategy)

  • Create packages or product tiers (if applicable)

  • Test-market your offer for feedback

  • Outline your sales funnel and buyer’s journey

SECTION 4: Legal + Operational Setup

  • Draft client agreements, contracts, or terms & conditions

  • Create refund, privacy, and shipping policies

    1:1 Bi-Monthly Sessions for 90 Days: We offer custom curated 1:1 sessions with clients that take place every two weeks for a duration of 90. That's right, no group sessions or prerecorded videos! You will be working directly with me to ask any questions that you might have. 7 intensive Bi- Monthly sessions (1 hour 15 minutes each)

    ~Availability for Phone Support: Our CEOs (program members) have the benefit of being able to reach out via text for any direct questions, specific concerns, or to bounce ideas off of me when working on specific tasks. I want to always ensure that if you are working on your business and need clarification on something, that I can assist you to getting it completed then instead of putting it off until our next meeting.

    ~Custom Curated Programs: This program we offered is custom curated to fit the specific goals and needs of you as a CEO of your business. This ensures that nothing being covered is generic and that everything is tailored to the CEOs current objectives.

    `~Flexible Meeting Schedule: We understand the importance of aligning with the client's availability. Therefore, they offer meeting schedules that can accommodate clients from 4 am to 12 am PST, allowing for flexibility and convenience to your personal schedule. I find my CEOs worked best when the times are most convenient for them.
