This could also be for an established business owner that has already received a brand audit with Establishing Success Consulting. You have the basics of your business, some legal requirements completed and a concept of business plan, but you are looking to really expand and grow. To qualify for this you must have started and completed some parts your business process already giving you some knowledge when we start.

Do you have certain things that you need assistance with or need help ensuring it gets done correctly? Sometimes business owners and small business owners might have a name but don't know what to do with it, how to started selling but are missing a legal requirement or two, need help getting organized (taxes or bookkeeping) or need help getting online to sell from anywhere or even help creating business credit for your business to get funding. We can assist from A-Z to help you determine best next steps in all aspects of your business.

Our 1 on 1 We're Working On It sessions are dynamically designed to give you the exact help that you need and are looking for. These sessions are solely focused on the topics that you would like assistance with. No matter if you are a corporate professional or an budding entrepreneur, growing in your field this could be imperative for you. The best way for us to help our clients, is to be there for any questions they have during the process as well as help them through it. We provide a variety of services, but they are exclusive to exactly what you need to grow.

This program comes with 5 sessions. These 1 hour 15 minute sessions should be scheduled after your interview. Sessions can be held in person in Bangkok or Virtually via video call. The 5 sessions can be scheduled however you like, anytime of the day that is best for your schedule.

~Custom Curated Programs: This program we offered is custom curated to fit the specific goals and needs of you as a CEO of your business. This ensures that nothing being covered is generic and that everything is tailored to the CEOs current objectives.

`~Flexible Meeting Schedule: We understand the importance of aligning with the client's availability. Therefore, they offer meeting schedules that can accommodate clients from 4 am to 12 am PST, allowing for flexibility and convenience to your personal schedule. I find my CEOs worked best when the times are most convenient for them.
