Shadow Study Hall: Winter Session
December 6th, 1pm–3pm
Radical Well-Being Center • Southfield, MI
Winter is a season of return. A time when the inner world becomes more noticeable, when what has been held quietly in the background begins to rise, and when we are invited to meet ourselves with honesty rather than pressure. Shadow Study Hall is a guided study session for those beginning shadow work, those returning to themselves after a difficult season, and those seeking depth without dramatics.
This session focuses on the subterranean self: the parts of us shaped by survival, memory, inheritance, and the strategies we learned to endure. We will explore what the shadow actually is (and what it is not), how fragmentation happens under oppression and pressure, and what it means to move toward inner coherence at a sustainable pace.
This is not group therapy.
This is not a space for confession, emotional exhibition, or forced vulnerability.
The work here is private, internal, and steady.
