Distance reiki is a form of reiki healing that is performed remotely, without the practitioner and recipient being in the same physical location. Reiki healing energy is transmitted instantly. Practitioners use their intuition and focused intention to send healing energy to the recipient.

Distance reiki can be performed through various methods, including video calls, phone calls, or simply sending the energy with the intention of it reaching the recipient. It can be just as effective and powerful as in-person reiki and is often used when the recipient is unable to phvsicall attend a session.
