The NIH says that 65% of women want to have a natural childbirth. But not everyone's dream happens, and somehow we always get back to an intervention here or there during childbirth.
Using positive meditations it can take you to a place of peace and give you the chance to work on your body leading up to the birth.
What you're going to need to use this meditation?
✅ A quiet space
✅ A seated or lying position - preferably a mixed of both with a reclining chair
